Hi! My name is Savannah Balduf, I’m 16 and in 11th grade. After I graduate I want to attend college and work towards becoming a Mental Health Counselor. I was born and raised in Gloucester Point, Virginia. I’ve been an editor for the entire 2024-2025 school year. This is my 5th time taking journalism. I signed up for journalism because I love writing and editing. I’m passionate about this because I’ve seen it bring so many people joy. I enjoy this class because I’ve seen so many people enter this class with many opinions and get to express them. I plan to impact this paper by writing about topics that need to be talked about. I love reading and writing. I’m super interested in psychology and sociology.
