Hi! My name is Shelby and I’m a senior at GHS as well as the photo editor for the school newspaper. This is my second time taking journalism and I’m a year-round journalism student. After graduating I want to attend The University of Mary Washington as a Theatre major with a concentration in Education to be a performing arts teacher. I’ve lived in Gloucester my whole life and signed up for journalism to have a positive influence on my school in addition to the paper just being fun! Some fun facts about me are I’m a teacher at my dance studio, I love music, and my favorite color is purple.
