Hi! My name is Shelby Bennett; I’m a senior at GHS. I’ve lived in Gloucester my whole life. This is my 3rd time taking journalism, and I’m an editor for the Duke’s Dispatch. I signed up for journalism because I love the people in it and getting to work on something that will still be here after I graduate. After graduation, I hope to go to college for a performing arts education to teach dance and theater. I started dancing at six and my favorite shows I’ve ever done were Giselle and The Greatest Showman! I love listening to music, spending time with my friends, and I’m excited to write for the newspaper for the last time!
