This buffalo chicken dip is a classic recipe with a little twist. It’s sure to have everyone wanting to go to your house for football season! It can be served with whatever you like but I like to serve it with crackers and celery cut into bite-sized pieces.
What you’ll need
- 2 pound raw chicken breast
- 1 block(8 ounces) of cream cheese
- One cup of mozzarella cheese
- One cup of mild cheddar cheese
- Redhot hot sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
Step by Step
Step 1
Gather all your ingredients.
Step 2
Wash your chicken off by running it under warm water.
Step 3
Season both sides of your chicken to your liking using the salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add your chicken and let it cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Shred your chicken.
Step 6
Put your redhot, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mild cheddar cheese, and chicken together in a large bowl then mix.
Step 7
Pour your mix into a 20x13inch foil pan then bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Make sure it’s cooked all the way through. Let it cool then serve however you like.
