His manners are EXCEPTIONAL. he looks out for other students by helping them with assignments, giving them his notes to copy, making sure they are okay, and walking people to class. He is always engaged in the lesson even if others aren’t and he is always the first one to want to answer. She always has a smile on her face and makes sure that others do as well. She is responsible in class and always focuses on her assignments. When absent from school, she is quick to ask what she missed and follows through with completing the work by the end of the day. Maggie participates in class daily even when unsure of the accuracy of the response. She is respectful towards her classmates and teachers and is always kind and accepting of all her peers.” (Photographer, Grace Mares)Senior Jessica Smith – “Jessica is always polite, respectful, and gracious. She went out of her way to help a classmate find a last-minute mentor for SIRS when the previous mentor dropped out. The classmate was afraid to ask for help and overwhelmed, Jessica’s help encouraged them. She is especially kind and helpful towards students who have disabilities and aspires to be a paraprofessional after graduating.
